Little did he know that was a decision of life or death.

Matthew Riggins who was only 22 years old had told his girlfriend where he would be in Florida committing different burglaries with one other accomplice.

On November 13 there were multiple calls made to the police talking about two suspicious men dressed completely in black and walking behind houses. Authorities arrived at the site and began to investigate.

Riggins was then reported missing the day after the investigation.

Days later Riggins body was found with injuries that matched with what was said to be an alligator attack.

An 11 foot gator was also found and in its stomach was parts of Riggins body that was consistent with the wounds found on his body.
