“Thunder From Down Under” Male Strip Dancers Subdue Gunman at Las Vegas Casino

“Thunder From” Down Under” male strip dancers subdue gunman at Las Vegas Casino, The Excalibur. The suspect who remains unidentified, was found behind the shows stage and was apparently stealing items from the lockers of the male performers.

One of the male dancers, witnessed the suspect leaving with his personal items. At this time, the performer summoned his dancing partners who then confronted the suspect. Apparently a struggle ensued, and the suspect fired a handgun before being subdued by the performers.  One of the performers of the “Thunder From Down Under” show was injured by the gun but was apparently not struck by a bullet.

After being treated for injuries, the suspect was taken to Clark County Detention Center, and booked on counts of attempted murder with a deadly weapon, attempted robbery with a deadly weapon and burglary with a deadly weapon. Luckily, nobody was seriously injured in the melee but the suspect has some extremely serious charges to fight. The weapon charges alone could add many additional years to any prison sentence he is facing.
