Nevada Revised Statute “NRS” 453.3385 defines Trafficking in Controlled Substance, as “…intentionally sells, manufactures, delivers or brings into this State or knowingly and intentionally in actual or constructive possession” of any controlled substance.  Trafficking is not only the most serious type of drug charge here in Nevada; it is also one of the broadest. Some call it the “catch-all” drug offense because Trafficking in Controlled Substance covers any person, who manufactures the drug, sells the drug or simply possesses a large amount of the controlled substance.
